DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

All livestock orders come with a 100% live-arrival guarantee. If you receive any livestock dead on arrival, you can submit a claim directly to aquaticsforfun@gmail.com.

How to Submit a Claim

1. Do not open the bag.

2. Take multiple clear photos of the entire sealed bag with the livestock visible inside.

3. Email the photos, your order number, and a short description to aquaticsforfun@gmail.com.

When the Guarantee Is Void

Your DOA guarantee becomes void if:

• You do not submit the claim within 2 hours of the delivery time.

• You miss the first delivery attempt.

Approved DOA Claims

If your claim is approved:

• You will receive store credit for the cost of the livestock.

• Credit can be used on future purchases at AquaticsForFun.com.

• Shipping costs are not refundable.

Final Notes

We do not accept returns or provide refunds outside of this DOA guarantee.
