Shipping policy

Shipping Schedule

We ship orders Monday and Tuesday only to reduce the risk of delays.
This schedule helps protect livestock and improves delivery success.

Shipping Options

All fish must be shipped using UPS 2nd Day or Overnight.
Available flat-rate options:

• Standard Shipping: $18

• Expedited Shipping (UPS 2nd Day): $30

• Overnight Shipping: $60

You can select your preferred option at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders ship within 1–3 business days, depending on weather and livestock availability.
If an item requires extra time, we will contact you at aquaticsforfun@gmail.com.

Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number once the order ships.
After the package is transferred to UPS, Aquatics For Fun is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier.

Weather Holds

We may delay shipment during unsafe temperatures.
If a weather hold is needed, we will notify you using the email on your order.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for submitting a correct and complete shipping address.
We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

Missed Deliveries

Fish and other livestock must be received on the first delivery attempt.
Missed deliveries void the live-arrival guarantee.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
